Work hard and get it!

This video portrays how you get what you want by working hard.

The more we desire, the harder we work. In our real life, we want more than what we desire for and nothing  impossible to achieve. Mind and body have an inter-relationship; thinking on what you wants, and acting on how to get what you wants. Believe, Act, and get it. =)

Always: I am lost?

Always heard this phrase from your friend or your colleague? or even yourself?

So what should we do if we are lost?

Someone says:Find yourself back!!of course..

Before this, I was a Diploma fresh graduates that lost to know my direction. I been thought of my future, but what should I do after graduated.

My mum says: Of course you should go and find a job

I can say I am totally lost, and I went to the insurance line which totally different from what I have studied. Been searching jobs that related to what I studied at that time, but I missed the opportunities.

I am not so sure about my future and lost to know what should I do at the time.

One day, introduced by my friend to attend a “personal branding” course, and there, I found who am I and what I want to be in the future.

Nowadays, most of the teenagers do not know what they want. They graduated from SPM then they try to find out what they want and what they like.

This was my past, I  does not know what should I do, and been researching for what should I study. In the end, I chosen Advertising and Marketing as my majors. I am the lucky one, because what I chosen is right for me. This is what I want!

And now I pursuing my degree in Marketing Communication.

The reason I chosen Advertising and Marketing is because I thought it is the most profitable line, this is what I thought initially and study without considerate too much.

Gradually, I realized this is very interesting, it is what I like to do.

To all fresh graduates, please do not choose your major because you think it is the best industry or most profitable one. Please do not convinced by others that doing this is very good or that is very good. Decision always goes back to yourself!You will only go for it when you think this is what you want and what suitable to you.

I believe that every industry has it own benefits, so be careful of choosing what you go for by doing this:

1) Research

Understand each of the industry well and know what they will do

2) Know yourself better

Draught down what is your personality, strengths, weaknesses, and what you like to do

3) Identify which is the most suitable one

Lets think about what suit you and think about “what if you take up the job, do you like it”, and think about if you take up this job, how is your future

4) Seek for advice from parents and friends, but be rational

Seek for advice but do not try to be irrational, example: Dad say accounts is good and keep persuade you to go for accounting course, but you are not interested in Accounting at all, so do not force yourself (This is my situation 2 years ago)

By doing this, you can understand yourself better and preferably not go to the wrong industry that you not interested in.

This apply to those who are working too. You should have know yourself better before you do anything. So if you are in the industry that you think that not suitable to you, please think about it again, and find out what you want to do.

We spend most of the time in working, and we must find the suitable one for ourself because as you work as what you passionate with, you will become more motivated and productive, you will be working happily and easier to be promoted.
